Meet our Leadership
In the 1980’s, Bruce worked as a union carpenter for 10 years before starting BWE Construction. With his background in carpentry, he saw a need for window replacement in older apartment buildings and multi family homes. Bruce’s uncle was in the window manufacturing business, which inspired him and made it an easy decision to start his own business, and BWE Construction was born.

Vice President
Ed and Bruce grew up as neighbors in Minnesota. Ed was in the bakery business before co-founding BWE with Bruce. From the beginning, he quickly learned the all aspects of the trade, and has been working alongside Bruce since BWE’s inception.
Jeremy Reisinger
Lead Foreman
Jeremy has over 23 years of experience working in construction, 11 of them spent in multi-family housing in remodeling and kitchens. He has been with the company since 2013 as lead foreman, and with his team of up to 4, he brings his professionalism and expertise to every job site.
